ISO-CHECK is the new service and maintenance service of refrigeration units, cells and insulation of isothermal vehicles dedicated to temperature controlled transport. Hidrosystem technicians intervene for the ordinary maintenance and, in case of malfunction, for the extraordinary assistance to the refrigeration units of the isothermal vehicles of transport companies in the agri-food and pharma sectors. In addition, they periodically carry out tests and renewal tests of the ATP certificates of each vehicle.

The ATP certificate that accompanies each isothermal vehicle is valid for 6 years from the date of first issue. After this first period, Hidrosystem takes care of the renewal of the certificate of each individual vehicle. The refrigerated vehicle is subjected to a thorough check and test to obtain an extension of the ATP certification for another 3 years.

How does Hidrosystem proceed with the ATP renewal? First check that the vehicle complies with the test. Then it performs the actual test. At this point, if the vehicle maintains the same temperature level as the ATP class to which it was assigned, its certificate is reconfirmed. Otherwise it is downgraded.

As regards cooling capacity, there are in fact three classes, based on the guaranteed temperature range:

The adhesive acronyms reporting the ATP classification obtained for that specific vehicle are placed on both sides of the vehicle and also show the month and year of expiry of the certificate.
